Surat Cobb & Co Changing Station and Surat on Balonne Art Gallery The Cobb & Co Changing Station Museum is home to regularly changing displays, each providing a wonderful insight into the history and lifestyle of Surat. Cobb & Co Way, Surat – Yuleba Experience the history of an Australian icon - the Cobb & Co Coach Service, with a journey following the route taken by the last Cobb & Co Coach Service in Australia. Calico Cottage Heritage Complex, Wallumbilla Volunteers greet visitors and ‘put the kettle on’ as their guests peruse the local crafts available for purchase at Calico Cottage and experience the Wallumbilla Heritage Complex. Roma Big Rig Oil Patch and Night Show The Night Show and Oil Patch provide an overview of the discovery of Oil and Gas in Roma and the progression of Australia’s Oil and Gas Industry. Roma Saleyards Tours Roma Saleyards are Australia’s largest cattle selling centre. On any given sale day (Tuesday & Thursday), up to 14,000 cattle sold through the complex. St Paul’s Anglican Church Tour, Roma St Paul’s Anglican Church houses an inspiring display of over fifty LED light and stained glass windows, dating from as far back as 1876. The Great Artesian Spa, Mitchell Open 7 days (excluding Public Holidays) With both warm and cool water pools, visitors love to relax and rejuvenate in the mineralised water from the Great Artesian Basin. Maranoa Regional Events Don’t miss the many Maranoa must visit events such as Easter in the Country, Roma Races and many more. Carnarvon and Expedition (Lonesome) National Parks, Injune Carnarvon Gorge is located an easy 150 kilometre journey from Injune and is world renowned for its stunning walks through some of the most impressive sandstone escarpments.
